Weekly Health and Fitness Goals

This week my goals are health and fitness focused.

I will go to the gym 4x this week. 3 days I will be doing the couch to 5k program with strength training, and one day I will take a class.

Everyday this week I will drink 64oz of water

I will not eat anything with refined sugar or flour in it as well as no milk

I think the only way to keep track of my goals is to write them down so I will probably post on the blog. Tomorrow is November 1!!! A perfect day to start fresh.
