I am thinking about moving to a different school.. in fact a charter high school. I love my school but I don't think that I will be able to get the training that I need next year in order to become a good administrator and eventually a good policy maker. However, with a new school comes new faculty... and new students... and I love my students and my colleagues ( for the most part). I really have to figure out what I am going to do, and what I am going to do soon.
oh I watched Twilight last night and I absolutely loved it. If you didn't see it.. you need to rent it.
until next time, think prosperous thoughts

I really liked Twilight also! I was a little embarassed I enjoyed it because its a movie geared toward teens, but you like what you like.
As for switching schools, you seem like you are in a good place in your teaching career to make moves, so trust your instincts, and you will make the right decision for you.
I personally am a big proponent of charter schools (so happy that that President Obama visited a charter school in DC to bring a great school positive attention)...but do what's right for you.
