Here is my Febuary Budget: My Goal for the month is to put $1000.00 to my car loan. I want to pay it off by the beginning of the summer. My gas bill is extremly high. Any ideas on how to get it lower? Perhaps I should get on a payment plan with PGW?

You may want to look into a payment plan with PGW. My Mom who lives in Philly is on one and it makes her bill more manageable. It's hard to budget when you gas bill fluctuates with the weather.
