so it looks like I may have a renter for the spare bedroom in my house... and the person is.... my boss.
Well, he is actually my boss from my second job at the hotel. I love him to death. For the past year he has been renting an apartment in a area called Rittenhouse Square... all I can say is that it is very expensive. His lease is up in November and today asked me if I would consider renting it to him. I said I certainly would!
Im going to keep my fingers crossed. That $600.00 a month would be a blessing!
