Today is settlement day and start moving day. Yeahh!! I will update later about the financial impact of my decision to buy this house but first I have to get through the rest of the night at my second job, teach my last day of summer school, go to the bank and get a cashiers check, and sign a bunch of documents at the settlement table. There is a song that says God's favor is more precious than life.... and in my life it most certainly is. I will speak more on that later but just wanted to say that I didn't forget about the blog and I will get back to it as soon as possible.
