Carnival of Personal Finance #161 is up!!!!

Not only is it up my article "Why are you waiting so long to get married? " is one of the editors picks. There are a lot of great articles...actually amazing articles. Her theme for the week was renewal and that's right down my alley. Don't take my word for but check it out for yourself. Here is the link:

In other YBP news:
Its roughly 6:30 in the morning and I have along day ahead of me. You know I work 2 jobs, as a high school English teacher, and as a front desk agent in a very upscale and swanky philly hotel. I usually only do the hotel jobs on the weekends but today I'm doing both. I will be teaching summer school this morning until 1:00 and then going right to my second job to do a 2:45-11pm shift with over 130 check ins. The price we pay to become debt free. Thank God I have a computer there, in between check ins I will be reading Budgeting babe's list of this week's PF blogging.

Did I tell you I love mint.com? If I didn't, well I love mint.com. I will explain more about it later but its a way to see your financial life in one place. Great for those of us who have loans, checking, savings, credit card, and investment accounts. Now you don't have to long into all these different accounts every day, but you can see the balances and transactions in one place.

I got all my accounts uploaded except for my primary checking account. This account is at a small credit union but all my other accounts are synced. It really does give me a clear picture of how I am doing financially.

Time for me to get ready for work, but don't worry I will update again while I'm at my second job.

Until next time, think prosperous thoughts!!!

I like Mint also! It's a good way to not only track your money but figure out areas where you can cut spending.

Thinking of designing your own website?

Try www.esolz.net , a professional company which I came across while developing my website. Although I was skeptical about outsourcing my project to an offshore company, my mind was put at rest upon reviewing their proposal. It was clear that www.esolz.net is a team made up of solid web designers who provide quality, value, and support. From day one they consulted with me and involved me in every aspect of the site development.
They completed the project within the agreed 30 days and have exercised extreme diligence in maintaining the website since then.
Check out my website at www.ventureden.com

Ventureden is a global meeting place where entrepreneurs connect with angel investors and venture capitalists in order to secure startup or expansion funding for their business venture.
Entrepreneurs post their business idea or invention and instantly gain worldwide exposure.

Angel investors and venture capitalists leisurely explore investment opportunities, all from the comforts of office or home.

No matter if you?re an entrepreneur or investor, thanks to www.esolz.net our system is simple to use. Make www.esolz.net your outsourcing partner, you won?t regret it.

Dan
